Roland Cordero

Roland is Foothill Transit’ Director of Maintenance and Vehicle Technology. Roland has been with Foothill Transit for a total of 13 years and has a very diverse background. He initially joined Foothill Transit by holding the position of Director of Finance. He left the organization for several years and worked as controller and management leader of the maintenance function for an auto dealership group. He returned to Foothill Transit where he has since held key leadership roles in operations, facilities and now in vehicle maintenance and technology.

Roland earned a Certificate is Environmental Management System from Virginia Tech when he participated in the 2010-2012 Environmental Management System (EMS) training at Virginia Tech, a Federal Transit Administration EMS training and assistance program intended to advance ISO 14001 management system to public transit agencies in the United States.

Roland holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from California State University – Los Angeles and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
